Dr. Christine Sweeney
Christine has worked as a dentist in private dental practice in Bray and Greystones since coming to Ireland in 2000. Prior to that she worked in the UK in the Royal Navy, private and NHS practice. Her focus has always been a patient centred, preventive approach to general dentistry..
She has a kind and approachable nature and especially enjoys treating children and nervous patients. Christine provides preventive, conservative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry including teeth whitening, oral surgery, periodontal (gum) treatments and endodontics (root canal treatments).
Christine is committed to continuing professional education and is a member of the IDA (Irish Dental Association) and IFGDP (Irish Faculty of General Dental Practice).
Dr. Laura Kavanagh
Laura trained at Cardiff Dental School and qualified in 2001. She spent a few years in South Wales and England working in general practice, before returning to Ireland.
Laura has been in private practice in Ireland since 2005. During that time she completed a postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry at the Dublin Dental Hospital, she also spent a 6 month period working at a HSE clinic, primarily treating children.
She is a member of the Irish Dental Association and sits on the editorial board of the Journal of the Irish Dental Association.
Laura’s focus of dental care centres on improving the patients dental health, with emphasis on education and prevention. She strives the provide dental care in the best interest of the patient and in the most comfortable manner possible.
Laura and her family live locally.
Dr. Richard Corbett
Richard is originally from Cornwall, he qualified from Cardiff Dental School in 2002. He worked in a mixed NHS/ private practice in Bournemouth until moving to Ireland in 2005.
Since moving, he gained further experience in several practices before spending 15 years as a general dentist in Arklow. He is comfortable seeing all ages of patients in a kind and gentle manner.
Richard continues with post graduate education, completing a Diploma in Clinical Dentistry in 2007 at the Dublin Dental Hospital. He likes to stay up to date with dentistry, and thinks patient education and a conservative approach are the most important factors for long term dental health.
Richard is a member of the Irish Dental Association and IFGDP (Irish Faculty of General Dental Practice)
He has lived in Greystones since 2007 and is delighted to be working in his community. In his spare time he’s involved with coaching at youth levels at Greystones Rugby and Football clubs.
Dr. Wilson Sproule
Wilson is originally from Canada and came to Ireland to study dentistry at Trinity College, Dublin. He fell in love with Ireland (and his Irish wife) and has been working here since graduating. Wilson's patients would describe him as gentle, caring, compassionate and highly detail focused. He relishes putting patients of all ages at ease in his dental chair and aims to have each patient leaving with a big smile.
Wilson is passionate about all areas of dentistry and staying on top of current developments. His scope of dental expertise encompasses all aspects of both general and cosmetic dentistry. He strives to create confident smiles for everyone.
When Wilson is not in the Dental Studio, he spends his time with his family, playing golf, and cooking.
